Repairs to equipment and adaptations

We are responsible for carrying out repairs to adaptations for people with disabilities that we have installed in council property.

How to request a repair

For a repair to equipment within warranty, you should contact the telephone number on the warranty certificate that was issued to you when the equipment was installed.

If your equipment requires a repair and it is out of warranty, call us on 020 8871 6161.

For all other repairs within council properties, please contact your area team.
