Following completion of the competitive tender process in late 2024, Bugler Construction Ltd have been appointed as main contractor for the scheme.
Bugler Construction Ltd took possession of the site in spring 2025 and are currently undertaking enabling works prior to the main site being established
Engagement events
The first resident and stakeholder consultation event was held in July 2019, and the second in September 2019.
The third consultation event was a virtual exhibition held in October 2020 ahead of the planning submission.
