Get a free NHS Healthcheck to get a snapshot of your health. Then, if you need to take action, you can get tips on improving your diet, getting more active, stopping smoking and cutting back on the booze. If you want to lose a bit of weight, find out about our free 12-week weight loss programmes.  There's also a dedicated fitness course for men, Guys Get Active

If you have concerns about your mental health, find out about local services that can help.

If you want to boost your brain and improve your wellbeing, learn something new by signing up to a course via our Lifelong Learning service. Upcoming courses include confidence and assertiveness skills, digital skills, yoga, nutrition and managing a personal budget.

If you don’t have the time to commit to a class, improve your wellbeing by getting back into reading. You can join one of our 11 libraries for free. As well as borrowing books you can download music, research your family history, take part in activities and much more.

Volunteering your time to help others can reduce stress, combat depression and isolation, keep you mentally stimulated and give a sense of purpose.  Find out more about volunteering in Wandsworth and search local volunteering opportunities.
