Log in to Wandsworth Housing Online

Council tenants

As a council tenant, you can use Housing Online to:

  • Raise non-urgent repairs for your council property
  • View and manage your rent account
  • Update your contact details

If you are a current or former council tenant, you can create an account.

To create an account, you will need to provide one of these reference numbers:

  • Rent account payment reference - beginning 250, 260, 270, 588, 670 or Z. You can find it on your tenancy agreement or rent statement
  • Person reference - use this if you are a household member of a Wandsworth Council tenant

If you cannot find either of these references, you can request a housing reference number.

Leaseholders

With Housing Online, leaseholders can:

  • View non-residential garage or store accounts
  • View heating and hot water accounts
  • Report communal or estate repairs
  • Update your contact details

To register as a leaseholder, you need to request a unique person reference number. We will ask you for some details so we can give you this number.

Once you have your unique person reference number, you can create an account.

You cannot use Housing Online to view your service charge account or service charge bill.

Housing register

Use Housing Online to submit a housing register application and check the status of an existing application.

Existing applicants

If you are already on the housing register, you can create an account.

Your housing application reference can be found on correspondence from housing services.

To submit a housing register application for the first time, register as a new user.

You can submit a housing register application once you have logged in.
