Resident participation in your area
We have four area housing teams - Central, Eastern, Western, Southern.
If you don't know which area team manages your property, you can check this by looking up your property details.
Get involved and join the Participation Register
If you want to get involved in Council-run engagement and scrutiny activities for housing across Wandsworth, you can join the Participation Register.
Let us know the areas and activities you're interested in and we'll contact you when an activity becomes available.
How your area team can help
Your area team are responsible for the day-to-day management of your estate. You can contact your team about anti-social behaviour, estate parking or repairs.
Each area team has a Resident Participation Officer (RPO). Our RPOs are there to help and encourage you to take part in decisions about our housing services, your communities and the decision-making process. They are able to:
- Help you set up and maintain a residents' association
- Hold and offer training courses
- Assist with small improvement grant applications
- Support your community activities
- Offer you information and advice on all participation and consultation opportunities
RPOs also liaise with and monitor Resident Management Organisations. These are residents groups who have formed to manage housing blocks and estates on behalf of the Council.
