We are moving forward with updating and delivering the remaining development phases for the Winstanley and York Road estates.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our recent drop-in events at York Gardens Library and St Peter’s Church. It was great to meet so many of you, introduce the new design team, and hear your thoughts as we review the Winstanley and York Road Estates masterplan. We really appreciate you taking the time to come along and be part of the conversation.

Together, we are creating a neighbourhood that works for you and we want to hear from as many residents as possible ahead of a ballot on the plans later this year.

You can also pop in to see the regeneration team at 10 Grant Road, SW11 2FR, where council officers will be available to listen to your views or provide further information. There is no need to book in advance, just drop in on Mondays or Thursdays, between 9.30am and 12 noon or 2pm and 4.30pm.
