Description
Proposed redevelopment of land located south-east of 63-75 Skeena Hill. The new development will provide Council Rent homes for local people and those working within the borough as part of our Homes for Wandsworth programme.
We have commissioned a design team to assess the feasibility for the redevelopment of the previously non-residential area of the Galleons Estate into new housing, with additional landscaping and amenity improvements benefitting the wider estate.

The planning application for this scheme has received approval. This submission follows consultation with the local community during the design phase and their feedback was incorporated into the planning application. The scheme is now undergoing a competitive tender process to select a construction partner for the works to commence on site.
We will continue to keep local people informed as the development progresses. The next steps will be to source and appoint a contractor and create a bespoke works plan.
