Description
Proposed redevelopment of several sites located across the Ackroydon East Estate. The new development will provide Council Rent homes for local people and those working within the borough as part of our Homes for Wandsworth programme.
We have commissioned a design team to assess the feasibility for the redevelopment of previously non-residential areas of the Ackroydon East Estate into new housing, with additional landscaping and amenity improvements benefitting the wider estate.

News
The planning applications for site B, site C and site D have now received approval. This submission follows consultation with the local community during the design phase and their feedback was incorporated into the planning application. The scheme is now undergoing a competitive tender process to select a construction partner for the works to commence on site.
We will continue to keep local people informed as the development progresses. The next steps will be to source and appoint a contractor and create a bespoke works plan.
