Description
Proposed redevelopment of land located south-east of 63-75 Skeena Hill. The new development will provide Council Rent homes for local people and those working within the borough as part of our Homes for Wandsworth programme.
The development will be on previously non-residential area of the Galleons Estate and will consist of three 1 bed flats and three 2 bed flats, with additional landscaping and amenity improvements benefitting the wider estate.

Following completion of the competitive tender process, STAR Contractors Ltd have been appointed as main contractor for the scheme.
STAR Contractors Ltd took possession of the site in Summer 2026 and are currently undertaking site establishment works.
We will continue to keep local people informed as the development progresses.
