Homes for Wandsworth mission statement

The Homes for Wandsworth programme is one of the most ambitious home building programmes in London.

A safe, secure and high-quality home is the foundation for a good life. We also know that many Wandsworth residents aspire to own their own home and put down roots in the borough.

Wandsworth Council is delivering a variety of housing to meet the needs of residents at every stage of their lives. The Homes for Wandsworth programme will deliver a range of housing tenures, from private ownership to affordable housing.

Homes for Wandsworth is about more than bricks and mortar. With every development, we will also seek to improve Wandsworth through better landscaping, increased investment and new community facilities.
