Description
We have commissioned a design team to assess the feasibility for the redevelopment of the Ashburton Youth Centre on the Ashburton South estate for new housing, with additional landscaping and refuse collection improvements and new bicycle storage facility, as well as re-provision of the existing youth centre facilities
- Demolition and re-provision of the existing youth centre building and facilities
- Development of a new residential block
- Proposed improvements to the area including bicycle storage facility and improved refuse storage area
Following consultation, the scheme is under further review regarding its suitability for the 1,000 Home Programme.
