Description
The scheme completed in August 2025. Demolition of existing non-residential building and multi-use games area and redevelopment of the site to include development of two five-storey buildings providing 57 new Council rent homes and a new community room with associated bicycle parking, residential car parking, refuse storage, plant and outdoor private amenity space.
Provision of a new shared street and enhancements to existing public open space (including new and improved children's play space and replacement multi-use games area) and associated landscaping.

The development is now complete and residents will start to move in over the autumn/winter of 2025. The Multi-Use Games Area is now open for residents to use.
Engagement events
Join us on Friday 26 September, 4 to 6pm for friendly football and basketball sessions led by qualified coaches taking place on the MUGA, plus face painting, arts and crafts, and children's activities. Refreshments will be available at the nearby club room, come along and bring the whole family!
