Our dedicated estate services team operate 24 hours a day. Their duties include monitoring the performance of contractors carrying out cleaning and maintenance to the communal areas of your estate.

During each cleaning inspection, we follow the approved guidelines as set out in the HouseMark Caretaking and Cleaning Standards which provides indicative standards of cleanliness in photographic form for a range of elements (such as light fittings, handrails, floors, lobby areas, etc).
