Weight loss support for Wandsworth residents
Making a change for life does not need to be difficult. With a little help, it can be really rewarding and fun.
As part of our adult weight management programme, we offer residents free weight loss vouchers for 12 weeks of a programme. They are available for those who are aged 18 or over, above a healthy weight and meet the eligibility criteria. The providers of the programme are Slimming World or Weight Watchers and you can choose which programme you attend.

The Slimming World programme consists of 12 weekly 1 to 1.5 hour group sessions and additional support in between meetings as required by individuals. Slimming World integrates three key principles to help families adopt healthier lifestyles:
- A warm empowering group environment which supports members and facilitates behaviour change around eating and activity habits
- A satisfying eating plan to promote healthy eating patterns for life
- An activity management programme to help members gradually increase physical activity levels
WW Health Solutions
WW Health Solution's Flex programme makes deciding what to eat easy. Combining an app, over 200 delicious and satisfying zero points foods, an inspiring community, and 24/7 support from expert coaches, it has everything needed to achieve weight loss goals. There are two ways to follow the programme, a counting system called SmartPoints and a 'no count' approach.
Kick the fat
Kick the Fat is a 7-a-side football league for players who want to lose weight.
Kick the Fat is perfect for all abilities and fitness even if you haven't played football for a long time. You don't have to play every week as even non-playing team mates can still lose weight and contribute to the score. The league is only for people with a BMI 30+, so everybody will be in the same boat.
Each week you'll get a chance to meet with a qualified nutritionist to get tips and advice on your diet.
Kick the Fat runs for ten weeks at Furzedown Recreation Centre, SW17 9BP. It will be delivered by Enable Leisure and Culture. The whole ten-week course costs £20.

Macmillan Move More
Move More Wandsworth is a physical activity service designed to support people living with and beyond cancer become more active.
