Workspace directory and map

We have put together a directory and interactive map of flexible workspaces in Wandsworth that businesses can rent for commercial purposes.

This features commercial properties such as serviced offices, co-working spaces, workshops, commercial kitchens, dark kitchens, music studios, film studios and meeting rooms for hire.

Use the search filter to find the business premises you’re looking for in a location that is right for you.

Council-owned properties

As a Council, we own a number of business premises which are let out at market rents to local traders and businesses. These properties include shops, offices, workshops and other commercial properties.

We sometimes have non-residential properties to purchase.

Find out who owns commercial premises

If you want to find out who owns a certain commercial property, you can get in touch with the Wandsworth Planning Policy Department and view their online resources, including our Local Plan (formerly the Local Development Framework).

Alternatively, The Land Registry will tell you who owns a site. Costs are approximately £3 by credit card.
