Benefits of ebilling

With Council Tax ebilling, you can:

• View your Council Tax bill online as soon as it’s ready
• Access your bills anytime through your My Account
• Receive email alerts when a new bill is available
• Help the environment by reducing paper and printing

How to sign up

To sign up for ebilling, you need a My Account linked to your Council Tax account.

You will first be prompted to log in, or to register if you do not already have an account.

If you already have a linked My Account

If your My Account is already linked to your Council Tax account:

1. Go to the Council Tax dashboard in your My Account
2. Select the 'bills' tab on your Council Tax account
3. Go to ebilling and select the 'subscribe to ebilling' button
4. Complete the form

If you don't have a My Account

If you don't have a My Account yet:

1. Sign up for a My Account 
2. Link your Council Tax account. Ensure your details (title, first name, and last name) match exactly with the details stated on your Council Tax bill
3. Complete the form

Download your bill

If you are signed up for ebilling and want a copy of your ebill, you can easily download it as a PDF.

To download:

1. Go to the Council Tax dashboard in your My Account
2. Select the account
3. View the bill and click ‘print this page’
4. In the print options, choose ‘save as PDF’

Switch back to paper bills

If you are currently signed up for ebilling and would prefer paper bills, you'll need to unsubscribe.

To unsubscribe:

1. Go to the Council Tax dashboard in your My Account
2. Select the account
3. Go to ebilling and select 'manage ebilling'
4. Complete the form
