Before you start
You will need to be registered before you can vote. If have not done so already, you can register to vote on the GOV.UK website.

What happens next
After you submit your request we will review it. If you have asked for any equipment or adjustments that we don’t currently provide, we will contact you if we need further information.
When you submit your form, you will have the opportunity to download a copy of your answers so you can bring them along to the polling station on election day.
