Pay a Waste Fixed Penalty Notice or Penalty Charge Notice
If you receive a Waste Fixed Penalty Charge Notice (FPN) or a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made by the dates specified.

Pay by phone using your debit or credit card on 020 8734 3032.
By post
Pay by post attaching the completed payment slip on the FPN or PCN to your cheque or postal order. You should not send money in the post. Cheques should be made payable to Wandsworth Council.
