How to order paper copies of our planning publications
Planning system changes
We are upgrading our system between Friday 11 September and Friday 25 September, and some services will be unavailable whilst we complete the work.
Deadlines will be extended accordingly.
Applications can be submitted through the Planning Portal, but they will not be processed during this period.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Our publications are available to download. However, if you want a paper copy there is a charge per document.

These are not subject to VAT. Additional charges for postage and packing may apply if appropriate.

- Conservation Area Character Appraisals: £81 each

- Tree Preservation Order or Conservation Area Designation copy: £32
- Request for confirmation of compliance with an Enforcement Notice, Breach of Condition Notice or other similar Notice under the Planning acts: £277

- S106 Monitoring Fee (per hour): £156
- Travel Plan Monitoring Officer (per hour): £156
- S278 Agreement Officer (per hour): £156
- Construction Management Plan Monitoring Officer (per hour): £156
- Hourly officer rate outside of those listed above. Rates variable dependent on officer level and experience: £56 - £311
