Local land charges system changes
We are upgrading our system, and some services will be unavailable whilst we complete the work.
From Wednesday 9 September to Friday 25 September you will be unable to request a local land charges search. We will not be processing any new requests during this period.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The fee for processing a standard search CON29 is £126.48 inclusive of VAT.
The fee for processing the CON29 Optional enquiries is £18.96 per question inclusive of VAT.
Prices are subject to review in the light of further government guidance or regulation.
