Planning system changes
We are upgrading our system between Friday 11 September and Friday 25 September, and some services will be unavailable whilst we complete the work.
Deadlines will be extended accordingly.
Applications can be submitted through the Planning Portal, but they will not be processed during this period.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Planning application fees should be paid at the time the application is submitted. For more information, view the Planning Portal guide to fees.
Make a payment to planning
If you have arranged a planning application, you can make payments for these services via our online payment facility.
You will need to provide details including:
- The site address
- Payment amount
- Reference number (for planning payments)
Make an additional payment for a pre-application request
