Building control system changes
We are upgrading our system, and some services will be unavailable whilst we complete the work.
Applications submitted from Friday 11 September will not be processed until Friday 25 September. Deadlines will be extended accordingly.
Site visits can be requested and will be processed as normal.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you have submitted a Building Control application you can make payments for these services via our online payment facility.
You will need to provide details including:
- The site address
- Payment amount
- Reference number (for Building Control application payments)
