If you live or work in Wandsworth you can book a place at the council’s Affordable Housing Open Day.

The event is open to everyone with a maximum household income of £90,000 and you will be able to meet with Wandsworth’s Home Ownership Team, local housing providers and legal and financial advisors to find out about the options available, including:

• Shared Ownership – where you can part buy/part rent
• Intermediate Rent – where you can benefit from a discounted rent 

Plus schemes specifically for council tenants such as

• House Purchase Grants (Portable Discounts) - use a grant towards purchasing a property on the open market, shared ownership or towards an adaptation on a family member’s home.

The event is being held on an appointment basis only.
