There’s a category for every kind of gardener. Businesses can boost their kerb appeal by greening their shopfronts and outdoor spaces, helping to create more welcoming, biodiverse high streets. Whilst residents, neighbours and community groups can work together to show how gardens, big or small, can strengthen connections and support local wildlife.

This year’s categories are:

  • Best Allotment Plot
  • Best Business in Bloom
  • Best Balcony or Container Garden
  • Best Community Food Growing Site
  • Best Community Facility Garden
  • Best Front Garden

Schools across Wandsworth are encouraged to take part in the School in Bloom category, designed to celebrate school communities making the borough greener, brighter and better for nature. Open to all nurseries, primary, secondary and special schools, this category includes everything from courtyards and planters to wildlife areas and outdoor classrooms.

There are also dedicated categories for tenants and leaseholders in council-managed buildings:

  • Best Private/Remote Garden

  • Best Balcony or Container

All shortlisted entrants will automatically be entered into:
