Do you or someone you know smoke? In the run-up to No Smoking Day this month, on Wednesday 13 March our Health Bus will be out at Tooting Market. Our helpful and experienced Stop Smoking Advisors will be available to provide supportive information about quitting smoking and vaping. You can help make smoking and its negative effects on health obsolete in our borough.

Did you know that you’re five times more likely to quit if you can stop smoking for just 28 days? It can be much easier to quit with tailored support, and there are many free options available to suit all needs.

If you don’t smoke but would like helpful information about your health and wellbeing, a health professional will be on hand to offer tips on staying healthy as well as carry out a free blood pressure check. A representative from Thinking Works will also be available to provide advice on maximising energy efficiency in your home.

If you are unable to attend the health bus on this day or would prefer a telephone chat with a Stop Smoking Advisor, you can contact the team directly:

A Stop Smoking Advisor will also be available at: The Customer Service Centre Wandsworth High Street, Town Hall, London SW18 2PU, from 10am to 12pm on 13th March.

Come join the ranks of residents committed to giving up tobacco – we are here to help each step of the way.
