• Wandsworth Council completes latest development in its Housing For All programme

  Work has now completed on 1a Arnal Crescent, Wandworth, the latest high-quality development in the council’s 1,000 home Housing For All programme, and the council is due to take possession of the building imminently.

• Leading by example on council housing delivery

  Our aim is that all housing developments within Wandsworth will deliver more than 50% affordable housing.  The Atheldene site on Garratt Lane will now deliver 185 affordable homes. A replacement pharmacy, bigger NHS health centre and shops will also be delivered.
