If you are struggling to pay your rent, please let us know by contacting your Rent Collection Officer. We would like to help if possible and may be able to refer you for further assistance.
If you have recently moved into council provided temporary accommodation or have been offered your first council tenancy, it is important you understand how to manage your tenancy successfully.
We can offer you benefit advice and support to ensure you are receiving the help you need with your rent payments.
