Nominations are open for the 2024 Wandsworth Civic Awards awarded to residents who have made a positive impact on their community.
Award categories
Award winners will be those who have supported their neighbours, coached a local sports team, given up their free time to volunteer, organised a community event, carried out an exceptional act of bravery or contributed to fighting climate change.
The Youth Mayor’s Civic Award
This award builds on the council's appointment of its first ever Youth and Deputy Youth Mayor, ensuring that Wandsworth is the best place for children to grow up.
The award is aimed at children and young people under the age of 25, who have made a positive contribution to Wandsworth.
Awards in this category will be presented by the Youth Mayor. All young people nominated will receive a pin badge of the borough acknowledging their achievements.
