This will be followed by a contractual formal offer letter which requires two signatories. Your offer may be contingent on fulfilment of special conditions – sometimes Wandsworth Borough Council require further information such as a marketing plan or detail about finances.
If successful, the grant will be paid on receipt of the signed letter and fulfilment of any additional conditions. Your organisation will be expected to complete a report on the project being funded and required to submit evidence of expenditure.
You will be required to acknowledge the grant in all marketing and publicity as the terms and conditions dictate. Relevant logos or publicity will be forwarded to you to meet this obligation of the grant.
One successful application can be made each year from the date of the acceptance offer letter. Unsuccessful applicants can apply again within one year as long as they address the areas of the grant that caused them to be unsuccessful.
