Local management agreements
If you are interested in providing some services on your estate but feel that setting up a Resident Management Organisation is too much, you can choose to manage just one or two services.
For example, your residents' group may decide to manage cleaning or gardening services.
The Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 - Management Agreements gives you the right to apply to manage housing services for your estate and/or block.
