January 2026
We are moving forward with updating and delivering the remaining development phases for the Winstanley and York Road estates.
We would like to invite you to meet the new architect team we've directly appointed to work with us to build more affordable homes, safer streets and greener spaces for everyone.
Together, we are creating a neighbourhood that works for you and we want to hear from as many residents as possible ahead of a ballot on the plans later this year.
Come along to one of our drop-in events on:
- Wednesday 28 January, 6 to 8pm, York Gardens Library, 34 Lavender Rd, SW11 2UG
- Saturday 7 February, 10.30am to 1pm, St Peter’s Church, 23 Plough Road, SW11 2DE
These sessions are a chance to:
- Find out how we’re changing the draft masterplan
- Hear about what’s happening now and what’s coming next
- Share your thoughts and ideas over free refreshments – your feedback really matters
You will also be able to pick up a warm pack and get energy saving advice from our partner CREW Energy, to help you stay warmer through the winter months.
Can’t make it?
If you're unable to make either of our events, head to our Get involved page. You'll find further information and can take part in our resident feedback survey – your feedback really matters.
You can also pop in to see the regeneration team at 10 Grant Road, SW11 2FR, where council officers will be available to listen to your views or provide further information. There is no need to book in advance, just drop in on Mondays or Thursdays, between 9.30am and 12 noon or 2pm and 4.30pm.
