Saree Stories
Saree Stories invites you to make, share and connect. In this free creative workshop, you will craft a mini saree and explore how sarees can hold family memories, cultural identity, journeys and traditions.
The workshop is open to all. No experience is needed. All materials will be provided.

Discovery Base and Downshire Play Garden Opening Event
We are holding an opening event, to invite you to explore the new facilities at what was formerly known as the Alton Activity Centre and Downshire Field Playspace.
There will be ice cream, food and drink, as well as face painting and a children's entertainer.

Glitter & glam summer party
Free glitter & glam summer party, for those aged 55+, with DJ Decades playing all your favourite tunes.
Free hot dogs and nibbles will be provided (please bring your own drinks).

Come and join our kids' metal detector club, where you can search for tokens and swap them for collectors' coins.
