Request a temporary accommodation rent refund
If you have any credit on your temporary accommodation rent account, you can request a refund.
If you owe any money to Wandsworth Council, this will be offset against your credit before any refund is made. This may reduce the amount refunded to you.
Before you start
You will need:
- Your rent account reference
- Your bank account details
- Confirmation of bank details (a copy of your bank statement, for example)
What happens next
If your refund is approved, it will be processed in 10 to 15 working days.
