Local Authority approach check
This page is only relevant to other Local Authority housing officers conducting enquiries under Part VII Housing Act 1996.
To request an approach check, email homelessprevention@wandsworth.gov.uk and include the following information:
- Name of your local authority
- Your contact name
- Your direct telephone extension number
- Your direct work email address
- Applicant name
- Applicant date of birth
- Applicant address
- Any other details which may assist in the search
- Attach signed consent from applicant
Your request will be responded to within 10 working days.
