Pay your freehold voluntary application administration fee
If you have made a voluntary application to purchase the freehold of a block from the council there is £150 administrative fee for each unit involved.
Before you start
You must have submitted a valid freehold application before completing this form.
Do not make a payment until we have acknowledged your application is valid and you can proceed.
Cost
The cost is £150 per unit. This process requires you to make a payment.
You will need
- The name(s) of the leaseholder(s) of the unit
- The address of the unit
What happens next
Once we have received your fee, we will respond within two working days to advise when the council’s appointed surveyor will carry out the valuation.
