Rent statement

Statements are sent to tenants quarterly, and provide a breakdown of any transactions that have been applied to your account.

To view your rent statement online, register with Wandsworth Housing Online. You can create an account using your rent payment reference number which usually begins 250 or 260.

Alternatively you can get an up to date balance or request a statement using one of the following:

• Call the balance line 020 8871 8987, option 1
• Email: rents@wandsworth.gov.uk

You will need your rent account number starting with '250 or 260....'
