Description
In January 2017 Planning Consent was granted for the erection of two four storey blocks at the corners of Tyneham Close, providing a total of eight new homes (planning reference 2016/5744).
Planning approval has since lapsed for the scheme and we are currently in the process of updating proposals in readiness for a new planning submission. Current proposals are for 14 new homes including two fully wheelchair accessible homes

A public consultation event was held on Tuesday 6 June 2023 to show local residents the updated plans that are being proposed for this site. View the presentation boards shown at the event.
Since the event, we have produced some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in response to many of the questions we have been asked by residents so far. We will regularly update these as the scheme progresses and we move towards a planning submission in Autumn 2024.
