Healthy Minds - Social media toolkit
We are asking our community and voluntary sector partners to help us communicate the new Healthy Minds mental health action plan to staff and service users.
This toolkit provides further information, graphics and suggested social media posts for use by all our partners.
What is Healthy Minds?
Healthy Minds is Wandsworth Council’s new plan to improve mental health and wellbeing for everyone.
It focuses on the “building blocks of health” - housing, education, skills, safety, environment, transport, leisure and cultural opportunities. By improving these foundations, we can reduce the risk of poor mental health, self‑harm and suicide across the borough.
Healthy Minds was shaped with local residents, community groups, the NHS and voluntary sector partners, and everyone has a role to play in delivering it.
It sets out how we will lead and coordinate action across services, working closely with the NHS and voluntary sector to build a fairer, healthier borough.
