- NHS Health Checks (eligibility criteria apply)
- General health advice and healthy living tips

Free NHS Health Check
The NHS Health Check is a free 20-minute check-up of your overall health, for those aged 40 to 74. Eligibility criteria apply.
It can tell you whether you're at higher risk of getting certain health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease and stroke.
Stop smoking support tailored to you
Our friendly Stop Smoking Advisors offer advice, support and access to stop smoking medications. As part of the Swap to Stop Scheme we also offer free vape kits with supplies for up to 12 weeks.
Evidence shows that people are more likely to succeed with professional support - don’t go it alone! If you can't attend a bus or pop-up, you can contact the Stop Smoking Service to discuss what support will work best for you.
