Your Request:

Please can you provide/share under the FOIA, the business case for to "...allow change to the tenure to provide all 41 dwellings as affordable rent" for the "Land at Kersfield Estate Lytton Grove SW15 2EY", and also provide the date in which it was submitted for approval and when it was fully approved.

Our Response:

The decision to change the tenure at Kersfield Estate was taken by the Housing Committee on 29th September 2022 and Executive on 10th October 2022.
