I refer to your request for information received on 27 February 2023. Please see the information below in response to your request: -

Your Request:

I am writing to you with request of FOI in regards of FPN's issued in Tooting Common Dr Johnson Av Car park. Specifically I would need an FOI on amount of FPN's issued for parking on yellow hatch markings within last 6 months?

Our Response:

It is an offence under the byelaws to park and leave a vehicle unattended in any open space, except at such places as are approved by the Council as standing or parking places. The Parks Police have issued 16 Fixed Penalty Notices within the last six months within Doctor Johnson Car Park, Tooting Common.
