I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information about cladding in the constituency of Battersea:

How many high rise residential properties/developments in Battersea under 11m; between 11-18m and over 18m have been identified as having unsafe Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding and where are they located?

How many high rise residential properties/developments in Battersea under 11m; between 11-18m and over 18m have been deemed eligible for the Building Safety Fund and where are they located?

How many high rise residential properties/developments in Battersea under 11m; between 11-18m and over 18m have: a) begun ACM cladding remediation work; b) were eligible for the Building Safety Fund?

How many high rise residential properties/developments in Battersea under 11m; between 11-18m and over 18m have: a) not begun ACM cladding remediation work; b) despite being eligible for the Building Safety Fund?

To identify the developer, freeholder and managing agent of all residential buildings in Battersea that are under 11m; between 11-18m and over 18m, where cladding remediation has not yet started?

I would be interested in any information held by your organisation regarding my request, including any reports and assessments.

Please note that we do not hold information on residential properties / developments in Battersea under 11m and between 11-18m identified as having ACM cladding. The only high-rise building over 18m identified as having ACM cladding is Sesame Apartments. 4 Holman Rd, SW11 3PG.

How many high rise residential properties/developments in Battersea under 11m; between 11-18m and over 18m have been deemed eligible for the Building Safety Fund and where are they located?

6 . Included in the list is Sesame Appt, the only building with ACM cladding. Please see details below.
