I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from Wandsworth Council within 20 working days. Please can you provide me with the following information broken down in to calendar years and into quarters from January 2021 to January 30th 2023:
1) How many planning applications have been rejected by the council from 2021 to 2023?
2) How many applications were granted planning permission after the developer appealed the process following a refusal from the council from 2021 to 2023?
3) How much in pound sterling has been awarded to developers in costs and damages in relation to planning applications initially rejected by the council and subsequently overturned between 2021 and 2023?
