I refer to your request for information received on 06 February 2023. Please accept our apologies for the delay. Please see the information below in response to your request: -

a) The total figure for how much the Council has spent on net zero / carbon emission reduction advertising campaigns, including money on public communications, social media adverts, public relations and other marketing?

b) The total figure of any planned future expenditures on net zero / carbon emission reduction advertising campaigns, including money on public communications, social media adverts, public relations and other marketing?

Our communications work on climate change, including net zero / carbon emission is undertaken as part of our core communications work by the communications team. We use our social media channels as well as our quarterly Brightside to publicise action that can be taken to reduce emissions
