-Please provide the number of council owned properties at Ashburton Estate, SW15 and their size (i.e. 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom etc) and what percentage is that from Ashburton Estate?

There are a total of 1,510 properties on the Ashburton Estate; 775 Council tenants (52%) and 725 leasehold (48%).

There are 296 one bed properties (20%)

623 two bed properties (41%)

420 three bed properties (28%)

95 four bed properties (6%)

6 five bed properties (0.40%)

70 bedsits (5%).

-Please provide how many of the council owned properties are currently unoccupied / without tenancies?

Four void properties as at 17/2/23.
