I refer to your request for information received on 06 February 2023. Please see the information below in response to your request: -

-How many properties from 1-156 Innes Gardens, SW15 (Ashburton Estate) are leasehold properties and how many properties are council owned properties?

No. Leasehold: 128

No. Tenanted: 32

-Please provide the door numbers of the Innes Gardens properties (the addresses) which are council owned properties and the size of the property (i.e. 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom etc)?

The door numbers of the Innes Gardens Council owned properties cannot be released as the tenure constitutes the residents' personal data, which is exempt from disclosure under Section 40 (2)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as releasing personal information relating to other individuals would breach the Data Protection principles.

The property sizes can be released and are detailed in the table below:
