Information related to a private landlord letting flats and HMOs in the LB Wandsworth through the companies:

London Flats Direct Limited

Flats4London Ltd

48 Longley Road Ltd

SE Developers Ltd

Essington Estates (Ltd).

The companies and their owners are well known to the council because the council has previously prosecuted the owners for breaches of planning and environmental and health and safety laws (the company directors are Sajid Ismail aka Sajid Daud Ismail and Shakil Ismail).

I am specifically seeking information in the council's housing and environmental health files about the above named companies, such as complaints from tenants or other parties including neighbouring residents about health issues, damage, repairs, noise, rubbish, details of inspections by officers at properties, and enforcement action taken on behalf of tenants, or the council itself, for poor standards (e.g. notices to enforce improvements, repairs). Any information on non-compliance bytes companies or their officers. Any information on follow-up action. If it helps, these companies have been a landlord in the LB Wandsworth since at least 1997.

Also the estimated costs of conducting such inspections and enforcement action.

If it assists in locating documents, these companies have properties across London but in the borough of Wandsworth over 30 properties, including (but not limited to) properties at Longley, which have caused a particular nuisance.
