Subject: Fines vehicles parking electric bays

My freedom of information request is regarding the pay and display car park at the Wandle recreation centre Mapleton Rd, Wandsworth, SW18 4DN.

I would like to know how many fines have been issued for cars parking in the bays reserved for electric vehicle charging within this car park? If this could be broken down by month from 1st Jan 2021 to 31st Dec 2022 or the latest date for which you have data.

Secondly I would like to know how many (if any) of these were appealed and also how many of those appeals were successful, again by month?
