Please provide any documents or reports you hold regarding the fire at Goulden House, Bullen Street in September 2022 which the London Fire Brigade attended (their reference 153909/16092022)?

It was a balcony fire of one of the flats at Goulden House. Fire was severe but was contained on the balcony only and no other internal damage was made. All necessary repairs were undertaken. One report held connected to the flat which is attached.
