Environmental enquiries
We charge £95 per hour for this service with a minimum charge of £95.
The information we are able to provide includes:
- A summary of the historical land uses, including any past industrial uses on or adjacent to the property
- The geology and hydrogeology of the area
- Relevant planning history
- A summary of any site investigations that relate to the property in question (if available)
